2. Focus on positive emotions.

Choose a positive emotional feeling like “happy” and focus on that word. Try to find things in your life that make you feel that way. As you move through your day keep reminding yourself of your good emotion word and look for things that make you really feel it.

3. Take a break from electromagnetic frequencies.

Daily time spent in positive enjoyment of Nature without cell phones, computers, electricity and microwaves is a big help.

4. Listen To Music.

Music such an amazing tool. It can change your mood and vibration almost instantly. Many times you can “snap out” of a foul mood and raise your vibration just by putting on your favorite song. Find positive “happy” music that resonates with you. 

5. Use empowering affirmations.

Affirmations are an excellent way to reprogram your subconscious, particularly when used right before falling asleep and as soon as you awake. An example of an empowering affirmation is “I am priceless. I am worthy of abundance in all areas of life.”

6. Have Gratitude.

Adopting an attitude of gratitude is a great way to raise your vibrations. This ties well into appreciation. Be grateful for what you have, the experiences you have had and the benefits you receive in life. Express your thanks.

7. Show Love.

This can be hard at times. Especially when you catch yourself being judgemental. Remember the Oneness of all people and animals in the world and smile and speak kindness to others. Remember, you get what you give.

9. Practice Generosity.

Abundance and money like to flow like the tide. They are always moving in and out. Give when you can and you will receive.  

10. Raise Your Vibration With Meditation.

This may be the most powerful vibration raising practice of all. For thousands of years humanity has used meditation to serve many purposes. From gaining clarity and direction, to improving your mood and raising your vibrations. There are many forms of meditation and some work better than others for each individual.
