Reiki Courses in Sudbury Suffolk

I offer the following courses at Puressence Holistic Health & Wellness Centre in Sudbury, Suffolk.

• Reiki Practitioner (Usui Reiki Level 1 & 2)
• Reiki Master Teacher (Usui Reiki Level 3)

Reiki Levels 1 and 2 can be taken separately in Private Training, as well as Reiki Level 3.

​You can take one, or all, of the levels (provided you meet the prerequisites)!

Upon completion of all 3 Levels, you will be a Master Usui Reiki Practitioner and Teacher, enabling you to pass attunements and teach your own workshops.
